By creating an account, you enter into a legally binding contract with QRForever (a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam).

By accessing and using QRForever ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must immediately cease using the Service.

QRForever provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services ("Service").

Free Trial Period: All new accounts receive a 10-day free trial with unlimited access to all features including unlimited QR code creation, full analytics, custom styling, and all QR types (URL, WhatsApp, vCard). No credit card required for trial activation. Trial automatically ends after 10 days from account creation.

Subscription Plans: After the free trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription with the following billing options: Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly billing. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Account Pausing & Resumption: When a free trial expires or subscription is cancelled, your account enters a "Paused" state. During pause: All QR codes become inactive, dashboard access is restricted, data is preserved. No data deletion occurs during pause - your account remains in our system indefinitely. Upon subscribing, your account immediately resumes with all previous QR codes, settings, and data restored. This resume capability applies regardless of how much time has passed (months or years).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account States: Your account can exist in three states: (1) Trial - Active 10-day trial period with full access, (2) Active - Paid subscription with unlimited feature access, (3) Paused - Trial expired or subscription cancelled; data preserved but features disabled.

You may request permanent account deletion by contacting [email protected]. Deletion is processed within 90 days and is irreversible.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating QR codes that link to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content

• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

• Distributing spam, viruses, or any other harmful code

• Using the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Partner Program Prohibitions:

• No self-referrals or fake account creation

• No incentivizing signups through cash/gift giveaways without disclosure

• No cookie stuffing or forced redirects

• No trademark bidding on "QRForever" or brand variations in paid advertising

Billing Cycles: Monthly (charged on the same date each month), Quarterly (charged every 3 months from subscription date), Yearly (charged annually from subscription date).

Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file. Renewal notices sent 7 days before billing date.

Free Trial Billing: No payment required for 10-day trial. No automatic charge after trial ends. You must manually subscribe to continue access.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days. After 3 failed attempts, your account enters Paused state. Reactivation requires updating payment method and clearing any outstanding balance.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers: Changes apply at next renewal after notice period. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard > Settings > Billing.

What Happens After Cancellation: Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. At period end, account enters Paused state (not deleted). All data preserved for future reactivation.

Refund Eligibility: See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed refund terms. Generally, refunds available only within first 7 days of initial subscription. No refunds for partial billing periods or cancellations after 7 days.

Eligibility: Must be 18+ years old, have valid bank account or UPI for commission payouts, provide PAN for tax compliance (if earnings exceed ₹20,000/year). Subject to application approval by QRForever.

Commission Structure: Base rate: 20% recurring commission on referred user payments. Commission type: Lifetime recurring (earn on every payment from referred users). Minimum requirements: 2 active paying referrals to earn commissions, ₹500 minimum payout threshold, 30-day cooling period after approval before first payout.

Commission Lifecycle: Commissions calculated on every payment made by referred users. Tax deduction: 10% TDS applied to INR commissions as per Section 194H. Monthly payouts: Processed on 5th of each month. Payment methods: Bank transfer or UPI.

Referral Tracking: 60-day cookie attribution window from click to signup. UTM parameter support for campaign tracking. Conversion funnel: Click → Signup → Trial → Paid Conversion → Active.

Fraud Prevention: Automated fraud detection system monitors referrals. Flagged referrals require manual admin review before commission approval. Self-referrals, device/IP matching, and suspicious patterns result in commission forfeiture. Partners may be suspended or terminated for fraud violations.

Partner Obligations: Promote QRForever honestly without false claims. Disclose affiliate relationship where legally required. Comply with spam/marketing laws. Do not bid on QRForever brand keywords in paid advertising.

Termination: We may suspend/terminate partnership at any time for policy violations. Upon termination: No further commissions earned, pending eligible commissions paid out. Partners may voluntarily terminate by contacting [email protected].

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QRForever and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your QR code data as necessary to provide the Service.

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of any important data.

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

Uptime excludes scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) and force majeure events.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT: The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; QR codes will function correctly on all devices/scanners; Analytics data will be 100% accurate; Your use of the Service will meet your specific requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (1) Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹1,000 if no payments made). (2) Excluded Damages: We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; damages resulting from QR code scanning failures, third-party misuse of your QR codes, service downtime or data loss, integration failures with third-party platforms, or campaign performance/marketing results.

User-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for content linked via your QR codes, compliance with laws regarding linked content, third-party claims arising from your QR code usage, and any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content accessed through your QR codes.

Safe Harbor Protection: We are a technology platform provider, not responsible for how users utilize our QR code generation services. We do not pre-screen QR code destinations, endorse or verify linked content, or control how users deploy generated QR codes. We provide tools to report abuse ([email protected]) and will disable QR codes upon verified complaints of misuse.

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that the limitations in this section are reasonable given the nature of the Service and the fees charged.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QRForever and any employees or contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

(1) Your use or misuse of the Service

(2) Content accessed through your QR codes

(3) Your violation of these Terms

(4) Your violation of any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)

(5) Any false or misleading information in your partner application

(6) Fraudulent referrals or commission scheme violations

(7) Your promotional activities as a partner

This indemnification survives termination of your account.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We commit to responding within 7 business days.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Notification: Material changes: Email notification sent 30 days before effective date. Non-material changes: Notification in dashboard or announcement banner.

Acceptance: Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
