LIABILITY CAP:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of QRForever is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR ₹1,000 if no payments were made.

• Low traffic or scan rates on your QR codes

• Third-party websites or content linked via your QR codes

• Marketing campaign performance or conversion rates

3. Technical Issues:

• Service downtime or unavailability

• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access

• Integration failures with third-party platforms

• Analytics data inaccuracies or delays

• Security breaches at third-party services

4. Third-Party Actions:

• Misuse of your QR codes by others

• Actions of referred users (for partners)

• Payment processor failures or delays

• Linked website downtime or content removal

5. User Decisions:

• Content you choose to link via QR codes

• How you deploy or use QR codes

• Business or marketing strategies you implement

• Updating QR code destinations when needed

Business & Legal:

• Your business or marketing results

• Obtaining necessary business licenses

Account Security:

• All activities that occur under your account

QRForever is a technology platform that provides QR code generation tools. We are NOT responsible for how users utilize our services.

We Do NOT:

• Pre-screen QR code destinations before creation

• Monitor or control content linked via QR codes

• Endorse, verify, or validate linked content

• Control how users deploy or distribute generated QR codes

• Have editorial control over user-generated content

• Review destinations after QR code creation

No Implied Association:

• Creating a QR code through our platform does NOT imply:

- Our endorsement of linked content

- Our affiliation with destination websites

We WILL disable QR codes upon verified complaints of:

• Malicious links (phishing, malware, viruses)

• Fraudulent schemes (scams, pyramid schemes)

• Intellectual property infringement (with proper notice)

• Hate speech or harassment

• Violation of our Terms of Service

Response Time:

• Urgent issues (illegal content): Within 24 hours

• Non-urgent violations: 2-3 business days

No Obligation to Monitor:

While we will respond to verified complaints, we have NO obligation to:

• Proactively monitor all QR code destinations

• Pre-screen content before QR code creation

• Continuously check destination URLs after creation

• Act on unverified or anonymous complaints

International Users:
